Open houses with hosts and guides
From
16 June
To
17 August
Every day
This summer, several houses in the open-air museum will have hosts welcoming you inside.
Step into Queen Sonja's childhood home, Garmo stave church, the schoolhouse, and Bjørnstad, where our knowledgeable guides and hosts are ready to share stories and insights. A new addition this year is that the croft Stykkebakken has a host.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer, the DNT cabin Gråhøgdbu is open with a cabin host. Volunteers from DNT Lillehammer share insights into the conditions of the wild reindeer in Rondane and the activities offered by DNT Lillehammer.
On selected days at Åseng, you can also meet members from the Oppland Farmers and Smallholders Association, eager to share their knowledge on rural traditions.
Check our daily program on the 'What's On Calendar.'
